I can’t make one of my term classes, what do I do?
Please get in touch via email before the class you’re going to miss at potdispensary@outlook.com.au, and we will do our best to accommodate a makeup class. however, This is not always possible, or a guarantee.
With hand-building classes/ glaze classes/ interior design classes we do not offer any makeup classes, this is due to the fact that we only have one of that style of class a week.
We release all our class dates ahead of time, so you can select a term that works with your schedule. it is up to you to make sure you attend your classes. we understand things come up and we do our best to accommodate you, but again this isn’t always possible and this cannot be made up as a discount or cash amount later on.
HOW DO I reschedule or cancel my one-off class/ workshop/ term class?
Please understand that we run a small business, with limited places available in our studio.
When you purchase a class we reserve that class/seat for you, at that specific date and time. In that way, we have honoured your purchase.
Where more than 21 days’ notice is provided. to your class date, we can offer either a refund, reschedule or credit.
Where more than 14 days’ notice, rescheduling to a new date is possible (and can be done in your booking email).
Where less than 14 days’ notice is given, no refund or rescheduling is available. However, a credit can be offered if the seat/s are filled/resold.
Where less than 7 days notice is given, no refund, rescheduling, or credit is available (even for COVID-19-related illness) and will be taken as a no-show. I know this comes across as very firm, however a strict cancellation policy is required for our small business to continue to operate. - You may send someone in your place if you cannot attend.
Please make your best effort to attend all booked sessions and times, and understand our refund & missed class policy.
Our refund policy can change, at any time, without notice.
